Program Description
Delve into the human mind and the mysteries of the brain. In this Exploration, you’ll bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world application, interacting with leading researchers and practitioners in the field, including lead instructor Dr. Sarah Parmigiani, staff scientist at Stanford University’s Keller Laboratory.
You’ll investigate both cognitive behaviors and the neural networks that drive them. You'll explore psychological phenomena through experimental and applied lenses—everything from neuroanatomy to the impact of psychological principles in daily life. And you’ll gain a foundation for understanding the intricacies of mental processes and prepare for interdisciplinary psychological and neurological research.
Residential or Commuter
Live on-campus for the full collegiate experience in dorms and dining halls, or commute as a day student if you prefer. Either way, you’re immersed in challenging, real-world topics and meeting talented new friends, with the option to join weekend trips.
