    Overview

    Explore the advantages and challenges of managing your own enterprise at Georgetown University's Entrepreneurship Academy. Our three-week program takes an in-depth look at ethical entrepreneurship, social responsibility, risk management, and the business operations of both the private and nonprofit sectors.

    Over the course of the three weeks, you’ll have opportunities to hear from entrepreneurs across different industries and visit a local incubator to get a firsthand look at what it takes to become a successful entrepreneur. With an emphasis on personal development, our program incorporates practical, hands-on experience to help you build and improve your public speaking and communications skills, networking strategies, and team-building techniques.

    As a student in the Entrepreneurship Academy, you'll spend your day immersed in a blend of classroom lectures, field trips, hands-on activities, and group discussions. Throughout the course of the week, you'll have the opportunity to explore the following subject areas:
