    Overview

Intro to Python is a college-level program where students' curiosity meets coding. Earn one college credit from Johns Hopkins University—ranked No. 7 among national universities and No. 13 in undergraduate engineering by U.S. & World News Report.

In just six weeks, students will go from zero coding experience to building real projects in Python—one of today’s most in-demand programming languages, used by innovators at Google, NASA, and TikTok.

Students are introduced to programming fundamentals through real-world applications. With guidance, they build coding skills as they learn to write and debug code, analyze data, and design interactive simulations. Whether they're brand new to coding or eager to level up their problem-solving skills, this course will guide them step by step through lessons, hands-on coding projects, and personalized support from exceptional instructors.

    Academic Prerequisites

    • As and Bs in high school math and science classes
