Summer Academy: Psychology: Self-Discovery: Who Am I?

This course will explore factors that influence self-perception, identity, thought, and preference. Through introspection and self-inquiry, students are encouraged to develop their own opinions and confidence in expressing themselves. Instructor: Students will be asked to ask the question "Who Am I?"

Students will be introduced to a variety of subjects from: academics to politics, from development to religion, and from family to social media. In these introductions, students will be encouraged to develop their opinions on relevant topics and by doing so will learn about themselves and where they stand on important topics and issues. In each session, we will cover a new topic, with exercises and activities to help support the conversations we have with ourselves and others.
