    Overview

    Veterinary Science Program

Centenary University is home to one of the top equestrian programs in the nation! Students will study vet science and get hands-on experience at the equestrian center with animal care, feeding, and equine physical exams.

Each program offers overnight accommodations in air-conditioned residence halls with three meals and evening activities. Commuters are provided lunch daily and may also sign up for a dinner plan if they intend to stay for evening activities. Courses are held Monday through Friday from 9-4 pm, with orientation on Sunday for both commuters and residential students. Residential students arrive on Sunday and depart on Saturday morning. Evening activities begin after dinner at 7 pm. Commuters are welcome and encouraged to attend. Students staying for multiple weeks have the option of going home for the weekend or staying on campus and attending a student-selected field trip to an amusement or water park.
