    Overview

Live, learn, and explore for one or two weeks on the campus of UC San Diego, as you dive deep into your area of interest with experienced instructors. You'll have the opportunity to try out life as a college student, whether you live in the dorms or commute for the day. With course offerings ranging from Biotechnology to Trial Law to Emergency Medicine, there is something for everyone.

San Diego hasn't earned the name "America's Finest City" for nothing! Incredible weather, one-of-a-kind attractions, and a bustling industry make this campus a no-brainer for summer. It is also home to the Scripps Institute of Oceanography. UCSD is one of the premier leaders in earth science research and education.

    Students will enjoy:

    • A top-tier institution up close: Students benefit from UCSD’s renowned status as a top 10 U.S. public university
    • Diverse after-class enrichment: Join college prep workshops, academic excursions, and the True You personal development program
    • Visit local attractions like Balboa Park, Old Town, Little Italy’s Mercato, Belmont Park, Coronado Beach, and the San Diego Zoo
    • Stay in modern campus housing: Students live in UCSD’s suite-style dorms equipped with communal kitchens and common areas
    • Take courses outdoors, on-site, or in a lab-type setting that allows students as many hands-on opportunities as possible
