    Overview

At Oxford Summer Courses, we cultivate the legal minds of tomorrow, providing a platform for aspiring young lawyers to explore the intricacies of the legal profession. We’ll take the case for teaching you everything there is to know about a morally just law system. Study Law with us and you’ll learn about everything from the anatomy of a murder to the crucial role of the jury, how they’re selected, and how they come to form an unbiased decision.

The Law summer school in Oxford and Cambridge is a two-week program that includes lectures, discussions, case analyses, and practical exercises. Each day presents a new legal concept or case study, allowing students to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios. Our expert tutors adapt the curriculum to students’ interests and goals, ensuring a dynamic and engaging experience. By the end of the course, students will have gained insight into how legal systems operate and developed key skills for further studies or careers in law.

You’ll have time to explore the city for yourself, as well as forge new friendships for the future, and there’s an action-packed programme of social activities, field trips, and excursions to help bring your learning to life. You’re not a tourist so we won’t treat you like one. Instead, we’ll help you uncover genuine local treasures and show you what life here is really like, from the inside.
