SEE is a college-level summer program where students will step into the world of sustainable energy innovation, and they can earn three college credits from Johns Hopkins University—ranked No.7 among national universities and No.13 in best undergraduate engineering programs by U.S. News & World Report. Students dive into the challenges of building a sustainable energy future—all while discovering how sustainable energy connects to everyday life.
Developed in partnership with the Ralph O'Connor Sustainable Energy Institute, SEE is an interactive, multi-week course offered in-person at residential and commuter sites nationwide or online with live instruction.
SEE provides students with the chance to explore solar, wind, smart grids, and advanced storage technologies while gaining hands-on experience analyzing real-world data and designing their own sustainable solutions. They'll collaborate with students from around the world who share their passion for creating a sustainable society and experience what it’s like to study in a college environment. Along the way, they'll learn how energy choices shape communities, economies, and the environment.
