Oak Hill Animal Rescue is a non-breed specific, no-kill rescue that aims to show by example the simplest ways to make a difference in the lives of animals.
Volunteer responsibilities include handling dogs safely by understanding their behavior, taking them out for bathroom breaks, and keeping their crates clean. Volunteers must also fill water buckets hourly, load and unload animals from the van, and tidy the space before leaving. Between tasks, volunteers can spend time playing with and caring for the puppies and kittens.
Volunteers must be at least 16, or have a guardian's consent or presence if under 16.
