HOPE Atlanta seeks to help Georgians avoid homelessness and hunger through a comprehensive approach that equips them with the tools for lifelong stability. Volunteers play a vital role in supporting our clients who are experiencing or transitioning from homelessness.
We have volunteer opportunities that are in-person and virtual. HOPE Atlanta are always looking for individuals to help pack and deliver meals, as well as collect supplies for those in need. Volunteers 15-17 years are required to have their parent/guardian present with them during the volunteer experience.
Current opportunities include:
Prepare and serve meals in our Women's Community Kitchen and Outreach Center
Help us receive, stock, and organize donated items
Shop our Amazon Wish List to provide essentials for neighbors in need
Collect and drop off items for homeless outreach and newly-housed clients
