The mission of Daggerwing Nature Center is to improve the quality of life of our diverse population and visitors by providing an opportunity to learn about and appreciate our natural environment through environmental education, outdoor recreation and demonstration?.

Help Daggerwing Nature Center work toward the mission of educating people about the environment and inspiring people to become personally involved in conservation efforts! Volunteer Docent/Boardwalk Tour Guides lead boardwalk tours and assist staff with teaching school programs.

Volunteers must be at least fifteen years old, commit for a minimum of six months, and complete the application process.
