Volunteer and internship positions are open to anyone, no matter their age, education, or background. Volunteers help resolve conflicts by preparing cases and guiding mediation sessions—all online from anywhere! Volunteers can choose morning or afternoon shifts (9am–1pm or 12pm–4pm), and training is provided. Participants gain real-life skills, build global connections, and help create positive change.
