Every summer, Smith College welcomes young women in high school who want to pursue their academic interests in and outside of the classroom, strengthen their college applications, and meet other motivated, ambitious college-bound women from all over the world.

Remote and On-Campus Experiences Offered for Summer 2021

Explore your academic interests while learning more about yourself. Join other motivated high school students who want to be engaged, get inspired and expand their experiences both in and out of the classroom. Whether you choose to apply for a remote learning option or the on-campus experience, you will be a part of a supportive community led by Smith faculty and staff and supported by our undergraduate students. Or take advantage of our year-round remote programs, including Precollege Community and Precollege Crash Courses. All programs are for young women, female-identified or gender-nonconforming students who will be entering grades 9, 10, 11 or 12 in 2021.

Residential students will also have access to the dining hall, superb athletic facilities, an art museum, a botanic garden and greenhouse, and libraries.

    Our program offerings include:

Women, Gender and Representation, Science and Engineering, Creative Writing, College Admission Workshop and Sustainable Futures.
