    Overview

    The Meridian Future Leaders Academy is a one-week pre-college program in Washington, D.C. for rising juniors and seniors. Students explore diplomacy through embassy visits, simulations, and mentorship, gaining leadership skills and a Global Leadership Certificate. Cohorts are capped at 25 for personalized guidance and experience with professionals in global affairs.

    At Meridian’s historic campus, students step into the world of international affairs through hands-on learning. Participants meet with diplomatic leaders, policy experts, and changemakers; engage in negotiations and crisis management simulations; and explore embassies and institutions. Each student is paired with a mentor who provides personalized support. Alumni leave with resume-ready skills, a Global Leadership Certificate, and lasting connections to Meridian’s worldwide leadership network.

    Cost and Session Information

    Program Dates: June 23–27, 2025

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM (daily)

    Cohort Size: 25 students

    Tuition: $3,000 before Jan 15; $3,500 after Jan 15
