The Girls’ Leadership Institute at Kent Place strives to empower girls at the Primary, Middle, and Upper School levels to discover their full leadership potential. Participants expand their boundaries by conquering physical and mental challenges. They work closely with high school or college mentors and interact with adult women who share their personal and professional leadership paths. In a final presentation, each student showcases skills learned throughout the program.
