Circle in the Square Theatre School – Summer Workshops

Circle in the Square Theatre School is the only acting and musical theater conservatory in a Broadway theater. Our Summer Intensive Workshop for ages 15 & up offers the very best of our Two Year Professional Workshop concentrated into two weeks of vigorous training with faculty who are working professionals. 

The Summer Workshops offer a survey of the training in the Two-Year Professional Workshops. These intensives run for seven weeks with classes Monday through Friday for six hours a day.  We offer Summer Theatre and Summer Musical Theatre Workshops to choose from. 

Upon completion of the Summer Intensives, students will begin to fill their Actor’s Toolbox with various styles and techniques with which to approach a role.

Actors who exhibit a certain level of mastery of courses offered during the summer may be invited to either of the workshops in the Two-Year Professional Workshops.
