Champlain College offers residential pre-college summer programs for motivated high school students interested in gaining hands-on experience in the fields they're most interested in. Taught by our industry-expert faculty, these intensive programs offer students the opportunity to explore a new area of interest or take a deeper dive into a subject they already love.

Students can study:

Animation
Cybersecurity & Digital Forensics
Filmmaking & Media Production
Game Development
Indie Game Developement

All on our hillside campus in beautiful Burlington, Vermont.

Cost and Session Information

Early Bird price: $4,500 until 5 PM, January 5, 2026

This all-inclusive package includes:

Instruction
Class and lab materials
On-campus housing
All meals
Use of professional equipment and facilities
Social and recreational activities
Transportation to and from field trips and outings
Program t-shirt

Academies run July 6 - 17 or July 20 - 31, 2026.

All students who attend a Pre-College Academy and then enroll as an undergraduate student will be eligible for the Visit Scholarship – $1,000 per year for a total of $4,000.
