    Overview

    For over 10 years, Centenary University has welcomed high school students from all over the world to study in our summer intensives. These one-week programs are non-credit. They provide in-depth studies designed for enrichment and exploration for students expressing genuine interest in the field. 

    The Summer Academy is a high school pre-college program for rising grades 9-12. The program is held as two one-week intensives in June and July. 

    A few of our programs include: 

    Veterinary Science

    Centenary University is home to one of the top equestrian programs in the nation! Students will study vet science and get hands-on experience at the equestrian center with animal care, feeding, and equine physical exams. Instructor: Jessica Sosnovik asst. Prof. of Equine Studies at Centenary

    Fashion Institute

    For students interested in fashion or costume design. Students will learn how to sketch, design, and sew like a pro. Instructor: Meghan Reeves, Assistant Professor of Costume Design, Centenary University

    Dance Institute 

    Students will refine their dance performance skills and technique in Modern Dance, Limon Technique, Jazz dance, Dance for Theatre, Yoga for Dancers, Choreography, and improvisation. Instructors: Centenary Dept. of Theatre & Dance Faculty
