    Overview

Camp Winnebago is a classic Maine summer sleepaway camp for boys and it is like nowhere else! Boys ages 8-15, come from all over the world to be at Winnebago. What we do best is intentionally hone our program to meet the needs of each camper based on their age and particular experience. We encourage campers to push themselves to learn, achieve, and have a great time in the process.

Winnebago offers a unique experience amidst a caring, dynamic and supportive community. Boys make lifelong friends and learn to excel in a wide variety of activities leaving them brimming with confidence, happiness and lasting memories.

The Winnebago program affords campers an opportunity to gain skills (and confidence) in a broad range of activities; many of which they would not necessarily have access to at home. Campers enjoy athletic instruction and competition (amongst each other and other camps) in a variety of sports that include baseball, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, street hockey and tennis. Campers swim twice daily, build skills in a number of other more individual activities such as archery, sailing, video, drama, photography and waterskiing, and explore the beauty of Maine on both day and overnight camping trips.
