Overview

Prepare for the role of your life for two remarkable weeks. ArtsBridge Summer Dramatic Acting prepares serious students for conservatory-style actor training and provides them with the type of rigorous instruction found in top college and conservatory programs. This intensive is designed to improve vocal and physical instruments, explore vital acting techniques, and get students fully prepped for the college audition process.

In this class, we will explore monologue preparation and audition/interview techniques. We will discover the crafting of an arc, creating the imaginary partner, raising the stakes, identifying a playable event, and connecting to the physical impulse. In any conservatory audition process, the most dynamic storytellers are the ones who stand out - this class is designed to sharpen your storytelling skills.

Cost and Session Information

Tuition is $4,500, and room and board are $1,550. Need-based scholarships for tuition and need-based application fee waivers are available. Contact us to learn more.
