Overview

Join San Francisco Opera Guild this summer for an exciting hands-on opera arts training camp! Take the stage, singing your way through 3 weeks of non-stop opera and theater. From vocal coaching, acting and history to the final performance of an opera, there’s a distinctive role for everyone.

Each Summer Conservatory day consists of classes in voice, theory, movement, language, music and theatre history, acting, technical theatre and much more. The program culminates in the students applying the skills they've learned in the rehearsal and performance of an opera.

July 10–28, 2017

WHERE

Program runs Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm, at 42nd Street Moon, 250 Van Ness Avenue, San Francisco. Final performance will be held on July 28, 2017.

COST

$975. Scholarships are available for qualifying students.

INFORMATION FOR APPLICANTS

Applications will be accepted starting January 2017. Auditions are held from March through May, and will be scheduled upon receipt of application.
