Camp Evergreen for Girls located in Wilmot, New Hampshire, is a small, overnight camp for 165 girls, ages 9 to 15. Our nurturing, child-development focused community attracts young women looking to grow as individuals while creating some of the most important friendships of their lives.
Exciting activities ranging from team and individual sports to visual and performing arts to outdoor adventure and watersports ensure an active summer to grow as an athlete, artist, performer, and explorer. Our counselors are role models who will help her improve her natural talents, as well as discover and explore activities that may have once intimidated her.
At Camp Evergreen, we know that girls and boys can be very different, which is why our lodges are specially designed to fulfill the unique needs of girls. Individual sleeping cabins for eight girls and two counselors link to a spacious living room that is shared by every girl in a single age group. The lodge living room encourages communication and friendship among all of our girls, and helps to stop cliques before they even have a chance to start. Each bunk’s two live-in bunk counselors are always available to listen, guide, and provide support for each individual girl throughout the summer.
