The Belmont Hill Sport Camps welcome boys and girls ages 6-17 for an active summer of teamwork, competition, and fun. Whether experienced or novice, we tailor our programs to ensure each camper has the chance to develop skills and improve their game with focused instruction in an inclusive, cooperative environment.
Our programs are directed by qualified professionals and teacher-coaches in the Belmont Hill tradition. A ratio of one staff member to eight campers is maintained in all our programs to ensure each camper is given the chance to receive focused instruction and active participation.
We offer weeklong camps in Baseball, Basketball, Field Hockey, Flag Football, Lacrosse, Multi-Sports, and Soccer.
Each camp meets from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM for a full day featuring individual drills, team tactics, and games.
Strength and Conditioning
We offer three-week sessions of Strength and Conditioning camp to educate and train any athlete who wants to be a stronger competitor on and off the field, with instruction designed to address each individual student athlete’s needs.
Campers will meet daily from 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM. Over the three weeks, the camp will cover Injury Reduction, Flexibility, Mobility, Speed, Footwork, Power, Conditioning, and more. Additionally, campers will receive educational information and guidance on proper nutrition.
