Windrush Farm promotes confidence, independence and well-being in children and adults with physical, cognitive or emotional challenges through therapeutic riding and horse-related programs.

Windrush Farm runs with the help of its generous volunteers!

The majority of volunteer opportunities at Windrush Farm involve helping our clients in their therapeutic classes, as a sidewalker or horse handler. Volunteers need to be at least 14 years old to help in our therapeutic classes. Horse handlers must have previous horse experience. There are also opportunities to help out as a Barn Volunteer, where volunteers can enjoy taking care of horses. We also have some grounds and office projects that need volunteers.
