The Neighborhood Developers (TND) empowers community leaders like you to transform and build better neighborhoods. We offer opportunities to learn in depth about the issues facing our neighborhoods, and provide training on how to effectively advocate for change.

We believe resident connections and leadership are essential for communities to realize their vision of a vibrant and welcoming place for all to call home. Community building work brings together the talents, resources and skills of the diverse members of a community, increasing their collective capacity.
