The House of Amos, Inc., a 501(C)(3) non-profit corporation, was founded in July 1996 by Mike Kutka, an Alief, Texas resident and area businessman, with the intent to serve people who lack the basic necessities of life such as food, clothing, education, medical direction and other needs.

The House of Amos could not exist without the efforts of its volunteers. Many dedicated volunteers donate their time, talents and efforts to insure that people in the community do not go hungry.

The House of Amos is always seeking volunteers. Please visit our website to see available opportunities and information on how to apply.
