The North Texas Food Bank (NTFB) is a top-ranked nonprofit relief organization, providing access to more than 170,000 meals each day for hungry children, seniors and families through a network of more than 1,000 programs and 200 Partner Agencies in our 13-county service area.

Volunteer experience includes sorting and packing food foners vary in type and size and include food pantries, after school programs, senior meal programs, shelters, soup kitchens and other facilities.

We have a number of stations set up to accommodate volunteer groups of all sizes, from families and individuals to large groups. Volunteers are asked to participate in tasks ranging from sorting incoming donations and unsalable items, to an assembly line which produces boxes of food items for our various programs.
