The Volunteer Services Department at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center has been established to develop and maintain a caring, compassionate and efficient volunteer staff. The Acoustic Remedies Program provides healing through music, with volunteers playing their preferred instrument to create a peaceful atmosphere for members.
Teen volunteers must be over the age of 16 and currently enrolled in high school. They must commit to a minimum of 72 hours over a period of 1 year, provide proof of Covid Vaccination with Booster, and be able to communicate well in English (second language skills are a plus).
