    Overview

    TAMH is a teen intervention aimed at helping teenagers to navigate mental health pertaining to three factors that we have determined to greatly influence their mental health. These are School, Family and Immediate environment which comprises of Beauty standards, FOMO and feeling lost as a teenager. Throughout, we shall be using our motto Hope with Substance which basically means us providing practical aid along with all of the advice, motivation and awareness we will be spreading.

    Ever wanted to be the ''brains" of any operation? Well if not, then here's your chance! With this, every topic we discuss will be done with the guidelines, approaches and strategies that YOU (the whole team) would have discussed and agreed upon.
