Brilliant Detroit is dedicated to building kid success families and neighborhoods where families with children 0-8 have what they need to be school-ready, healthy, and stable. We do this by providing proven programming and support year-round out of Brilliant Detroit homes in high-need neighborhoods.
Volunteer opportunities include:
• Virtual Literacy Mentoring - All of our tutoring programs have students and tutors meet one-on-one via Zoom or at one of our sites to read together and engage in literacy games and activities.
• Virtual Story Reader - Record a video of yourself reading a children's book out loud for us to share with our Brilliant Detroit families.
