    Overview

    About Us

Bike New York is a non-profit that provides free bicycle education throughout the NYC area. In addition to our education program, we produce the biggest charity ride in NYC, the TD Five Boro Bike Tour, as well as regional rides throughout NY and NJ.

    About Twin Lights Ride

Named after the famed Navesink Twin Lights up the hill from Huddy Park in Highlands, New Jersey, and showcasing the best of the Garden State, this event has been a favorite of local cyclists, New Yorkers, and visitors from around the country for over a decade. Five routes ranging from 15 to 100 miles run along the picturesque Jersey shore, over undulating hills, past quaint farms, and wind up at a finish festival where local restaurants come out to serve up their best to hungry riders—it’s the hook that keeps folks coming back year after year for just one more bite.

    How to Help

Whether stationed at the start/finish in Huddy Park, helping folks refuel at rest areas, or fixing flats on the road, volunteers play a huge role in making this a special day for some 2500 cyclists.

    Event Location

The Start/Finish Line is Huddy Park in Highlands, NJ with 6 Rest Areas scattered throughout the surrounding counties.

    The Time Commitment

Volunteer shifts vary depending on assignment and location, but may last from 4-7 hours.

    Volunteer Perks

Volunteers will receive a complimentary breakfast and/or lunch, commemorative T-shirt, and 50% off the registration fee for the next Discover Hudson Valley or Twin Lights Ride.
