    Overview

Summer Sessions partners with the WKU Dual Credit Program to provide high school students with the opportunity to earn credit during the summer months. Classes currently take place at the Glasgow Regional Campus and through the WKU University College.

This program is designed to allow students to take their required developmental English, math, and reading classes early to ensure that they will be better prepared for college when they begin in the fall semester. Students must have a high school GPA of 2.5 to participate in WKU's Dual Credit Program. New students must submit transcripts after applying.

WKU Dual Credit offers qualified high school students the opportunity to earn university credit as part of their high school curriculum. We provide high school students early access to college at a fraction of the tuition cost.
