Washington Conservatory of Music's Songs with Friends program is perfect for guitar and ukelele players to expand their technique and connect with other musicians!

Throughout the course of two months, students will attend online sessions designed to help them improve individual technique and repertoire. Though the program is taking place via Zoom, students can expect an interactive and fun experience. They'll engage with others and play music both indivually and with a group. Some artists they can expect to learn more about include Bob Dylan, Beyonce, and Bono. Participants can play an active role in selecting their own songs suitable at their level and skillset. By the end of the program, students can expect to come out with improved musical skills, increased knowledge of their instrument, and plenty of new friendships.
