    Overview

Y Summer Camps provide children and teens with supervised activities that cultivate values, develop skills, nurture relationships, and actively explore children’s imagination. The YMCA is ready to go for Summer Day Camp by offering a safe and fun environment for your child offering day, overnight and Counselor in Training camp options.

In Sleepaway Camp at Lake Sequoia, adventure time is always on. In this program, campers are immersed outdoors, staying in cabins during the night and exploring nature throughout the day. Activities include hiking, sports, crafts, and recreational water activities. Campers will come home with an adventurous spirit and new friends. Campers ages 9-17 can participate in our Overnight Youth Camp program.

Day Camps at the YMCA are packed with activities and new friendships. YMCA campers will experience art, STEM activities, sports and outdoor recreation, field trips, and much more. Weekly themes bring energy to camp and ensure that each week is a different adventure.

YMCA Enrichment Camps are an exciting way for campers to dive into an interest for a full week. Enrichment Camps provide many opportunities for campers to learn and grow in skills around areas of interest.

The Counselor In Training Program is designed to give young teens an opportunity to support YMCA Camp programs. Participants must complete an interview process and be selected to take part in this learning experience. Participants will assist counselors in their daily duties, complete service learning projects, and organize and help run camp events.
