    Overview

Meeting new friends and learning makes being Jewish fun. URJ Greene Family Camp brings the excitement of immersive Jewish experiences to kids, teens and adults across North America and beyond, strengthening their Jewish identity and instilling Reform Jewish values in the next generation.

Welcome to URJ Greene Family Camp! At URJ Greene Family Camp, we give both the young and the young at heart an opportunity to grow and learn at the same time. It is an unforgettable religious, cultural, recreational and emotional experience. Greene Family Camp’s natural setting provides each camper the fullness of unsurpassed beauty and charm. Here, nature, community, Judaism and fun are in tune with one another.

Activities include: the arts including creative arts, dance, guitar, media, performing arts and photography, team sports including basketball, flag football, ropes course, soccer, tennis and ultimate frisbee, unique physical activities like archery, fencing, gaga, gymnastics, mountain biking, self-defense and horseback riding, and our personal favorite during the hot summer months, water sports, including lakefront activities, swimming and diving. Through these activities, campers gain new skills, improve upon their strengths and build community with fellow campers and our exceptional staff.

We believe that these transformative experiences inspire kids to bring camp home to their daily lives, applying what they learn here to better themselves, their communities and the world.
