The University's pre-college academic enrichment programs allow high school students to design their own educational plans, study only what they want to study, and let their interests drive them to do what they love, while exploring college life up close and personal.

Pre-College Programs make it possible for several hundred students from across the country and around the globe to explore the University and its resources through credit and noncredit courses. Numerous academic options are availble to meet your needs.

Full Day Programs are three weeks in length focusing on one area of study.

Half Day Programs are one to two weeks long and give students the opportunity to choose from a variety of disciplines to mix and match their interests. Students can apply for two programs to create a full day schedule of a morning and afternoon class.

Credit Courses for High School students are open to 11th and 12th graders allowing them to earn college credit and study among Rochester undergraduates.

High school students ages 13 and up can participate in our Online program. Each session is 2 to 4 weeks long and each course features engaging video by Rochester faculty and access to mentors.
