Our weeklong Summer Flight Camps will take place this summer virtually and in-person in Norman, Oklahoma. Our camps are designed to provide campers with fun, immersive opportunities to explore science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) as it relates to flight from an age-appropriate perspective. Camps offered for ages 6-18.
Our virtual summer flight camps are designed to challenge students ages six to 18 to experience the exciting world of flight by participating in hands-on activities that let them engage with the science of physics! Our weeklong virtual Summer Camps will take place throughout June and July and are designed to provide campers with fun, immersive opportunities to explore science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) as it relates to flight from an age-appropriate perspective.
Only one session of each camp is available. Camps will be held for different age groups each week. We highly recommend a thorough review of the camp dates before registration is completed. Each camp is limited to 36 participants.
In Person Campers
For students ages 10 to 18. In-person camps will run from June 21-Aug. 6, at Max Westheimer Airport, 2113 Goddard Ave., in Norman.
Virtual Campers
Monday-Friday daily sessions include: 10-11 a.m. Zoom meeting; 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.self-directed activities using online OU Canvas platform with instructions,content and videos; 2-3 p.m. Zoom meeting. All Zoom meetings will be recordedto view on Canvas.Only one session of each camp available.
A virtual graduation ceremonywill take place on Friday at the 2 p.m. Zoom session.
