Students in Temple College Summer Academy spend two weeks on a college campus, learning about all the things it will take to get them there and what to do when they arrive.
In the morning, you will take an SAT prep workshop, where you will review key content areas and learn tips and tricks to maximize your score and reduce test anxiety.
In the afternoon, you will work with a writing instructor to develop a college admissions essay that will help you stand out from the crowd. You'll also meet with Temple University administrators to learn more about the admissions process and financial aid and how to choose a major you'll love. Find the resources available on college campuses to help you succeed. How do you fit in studying abroad, getting an internship, and acing your courses--all at the same time?
