The Lacrosse Clinics will be led by St. Sebastian’s varsity coach Mark Pohlman and staffed by former varsity players from St. Sebastian’s. Each morning will consist of drill work, contests and scrimmages. Players should bring a stick, cleats, helmet, shoulder/elbow pads.
The clinic for Grades 4-6 offers young players an exciting and nurturing environment to learn stick skills, field positioning and game concepts. Each day will consist of drill work, mini-games and scrimmages. There will be an emphasis on fundamentals, sportsmanship and the importance of being a great teammate.
The clinic for Grades 7-9 offers players an opportunity to improve their lacrosse skills in a fun and welcoming environment. Instruction will emphasize individual skill development and execution of team concepts while aiming to prepare players for the challenges of high school lacrosse.
