This program was created to help teens develop into strong leaders, including skills required for college and the workplace. With offerings since 2012, our program has been a resounding success - many participants return the following summer to work as staff. CIT candidates will learn supervising techniques, social skills, complete a college-readiness program, and complete certification in First Aid and CPR. Trained CITs are prepared to help children have a safe and rewarding summer.
