Powerful Youth: Global Leadership Academy Recently Updated

The Global Leadership Academy is an award-winning, transformative summer leadership program in Victoria, Canada, and Singapore, welcoming passionate teens from around the world. Our experiential learning approach helps teens build self-confidence, develop leadership soft skills, and gain a global perspective while helping them create meaningful change in their lives and the lives of others.

We know that all youth are powerful. However, they often lack the leadership skills and confidence necessary to be effective leaders of their own future success. Participants develop these skills during our award-winning program in a supportive, international environment through an experiential learning approach that prioritises hands-on learning, personalised attention, and community building.

The Global Leadership Academy is an opportunity for teens from around the world to come together and develop valuable skills so they can create the future they want to see for themselves and others. The program is packed with hands-on activities, team challenges, fascinating field trips, breathtaking outdoor activities, inspirational guest speakers and new experiences and friendships!

The program tuition includes all program materials, insurance, airport transportation as well as 6 months of post-program online coaching to ensure youth continue the personal development they committed to during the program.

Global Leadership Canada Tuition includes full room and board, all program supplies and activity fees, 24/7 supervision (1:6 ratio), Canadian emergency health insurance, and airport transfers.

Global Leadership Singapore Tuition includes accommodation, all meals, activity fees, program supplies, 24/7 supervision, airport transfers, and a certificate of program completion certifying 40 hours of leadership training and 4+ hours of community service.
