Leaders in Training (LIT) is a selective program to develop teens into Camp Staff and strong leaders. Applicants should possess these characteristics: Leadership, Teamwork, Responsibility, Maturity, Enthusiasm, and Creativity. LITs help lead games as well as setting up and cleaning up various activities. Training includes leadership, conflict resolution, childcare, team building, activity planning, safety, scheduling, and assisting as a counselor aide.
