    Overview

Nestled on its own private lake front, Camp Pocono Trails is the ONLY weight loss camp in the country to offer 2 separate swimming pools -- one for boys and one for girls. There is no shortage in the way campers can engage in physical fitness activities while having fun. Find out more!

Our private lake allows campers the opportunity to enjoy a host of activities. From adrenaline building Jet skis, coupled with Monster Tubes and Banana Boats, the excitement never ends. Canoes, row boats, and pedal boats offer a spectacular view of the lake while breathing in the clear, mountain air.

Camp Pocono Trails’ fitness activities are exceptional and include calisthenics, strength training, toning, aerobics, step aerobics, kickboxing, circuit classes and more! Plus, there’s always some time for rest and relaxation while catching some rays on our comfortable lounge chairs by the lake.

My son was hooked as soon as he saw Camp Pocono Trails -with a private lake, 2 swimming pools, ropes course, climbing wall etc. it looks like a resort for kids. He was only going to go for 2 weeks and called to ask to stay another week. He lost 10 pounds and heavier kids lose even more. He loved it and was very proud of what he accomplished. When he came home he was more invested in eating smaller portions and much more confident in his physical abilities.

I love that there is no technology and amazingly my son didn't seem to miss it that much. He never felt deprived. He had a really, fun time and met great kids and also lost weight and learned some good habits. Summer vacation has always been the time when he gains the most weight so I thought this was a great solution.
