    Overview

    Mohawk’s Leadership training program combines the fun of camp with strong preparation for early work experiences. The LIT program is designed to develop individual leadership qualities and general employment skills. LITs work in conjunction with Mohawk staff members who provide additional support and guidance. The goal of this program is to prepare participants for future employment opportunities, including the possibility of future summer employment with Mohawk Day Camp.
