    Rush University Medical Center’s six-week, paid MedSTEM Explorers program allows underrepresented rising high school sophomores and juniors to explore STEM and healthcare careers. Students build academic and workplace skills, researching real-world health issues in Chicago communities. Successful participants may advance to the MedSTEM Pathways internship program.

    MedSTEM accepts students living in Chicago, Oak Park, and River Forest (zip codes 60302, 60303, and 60305).
