The Gaia Changemakers Program (15–19) is a 3-week adventure across Switzerland and the Czech Republic where teens dive into sustainability, STEM, nature, creativity, and real-world challenges with inspiring changemakers. Gaia Junior Changemakers (12–14) is a 1-week Switzerland-based experience with the same purpose - hands-on projects, outdoor exploration, and future-ready skills designed to spark confidence, curiosity, and impact.
Gaia Changemakers Program (15–19)

Gaia Changemakers is an immersive experience designed for students who want to explore sustainability, innovation, and leadership through real-world action. Each day blends interactive learning with outdoor adventure and cultural discovery across Switzerland and the Czech Republic.
What to Expect Daily
Mornings: Inspiring discussions, leadership challenges, and mindset workshops led by sustainability pioneers, entrepreneurs, and real global changemakers.
Afternoons: Hands-on projects, site visits to impact-driven organizations, STEM and design challenges, and collaborative problem-solving.
Evenings: Cultural experiences, reflective circles, outdoor adventures (like hiking the Swiss Alps), or exploring historic Prague, and plenty of time to simply have fun and connect.

Gaia Junior Changemakers (12–14)
A one-week Swiss adventure, based in the urban hub of Zurich for curious, creative teens who want to explore sustainability, innovation, and leadership in a fun, hands-on way.
Gaia Junior Changemakers gives younger teens a powerful introduction to real-world problem-solving and nature-inspired learning. Designed to spark curiosity and confidence, the week blends STEM, creativity, teamwork, and outdoor exploration. It is perfect for students ready to start thinking like changemakers.
What to Expect Daily
Mornings: High-energy workshops and discussions that introduce leadership, systems thinking, and big ideas about people + planet through games and activities.
Afternoons: Hands-on sustainability challenges, mini STEM projects, design explorations, team missions, and visits with inspiring local innovators.
Evenings: Time outdoors, nature play, group challenges, creative activities, and moments to unwind, connect, and enjoy the Swiss summer.

Full-residential - includes accommodation from 5th July to 24th July, all meals and weekend activities for the full program are covered.
Semi-residential - accommodation in Zurich and over the weekends is NOT provided. Transport to/from and accommodation and all meals in Prague and the Alps are included.
