    Overview

    Teach and share the English language with members of a French household. Participants dedicate 15 hours per week to English conversation for 2 to 12 weeks in France. Participants receive room & board from their French host family and are included in their daily-lives. Off duty and during the week are your time to explore. Linguistic immersion, intercultural connections, & cultural exploration, you can have them all!

    You choose: -Your length of stay (2-12 weeks) -What age group you'd most like to work with (pre-school-->adult) -When you can leave (departures year round) -What teaching style best fits you (conversational, immersive, grammar-based, or all of the above!) You'll receive: - Room & board in a French host family - Opportunities to travel and explore France and nearby countries - Linguistic Immersion - Home-country and in-country support through the application & matching process and throughout the entire program - A newfound perspective on the world and your place in it! Requirements: -Interest in French language and culture, though no prior knowledge of French is required to apply -At least 18 years old -Valid passport or ability to get one before departure -Native-like English speaker -Graduation from secondary school, or equivalent -An open-mind & open-heart
