Ladder Internships offers ambitious high school students internships at rapidly growing start-ups. During the 8-week program, high school students receive professional training and work on a meaningful project with the world’s best founders.
Founded by Harvard entrepreneurs, Ladder Internships helps students work with startup CEOs to produce a real-world project. Students in the program gain work experience at the world's top startups.
Our CEOs and founders come from Harvard Business School, have received funding from Y-Combinator, and have worked at McKinsey, Google, and Microsoft.
Ladder offers 4 programs:
1. Startup Internship Program: Students spend 8 weeks working on a tangible project for a high-growth startup.
2. CEO Internship Program: Students receive personalized mentorship from a CEO with a FAANG or Top 20 university background during their 8 week internship.
3. CEO Internship Program + Mentored Research Program: Students spend 8 weeks working with a startup CEO to gain professional experience before writing an independent research paper with guidance from a top PhD mentor.
4. University Internship Program: This 8-week program connects college students with a startup to work on a project of their interest.
We're looking for students who are excited about their field and ready for the challenge of interning at a fast-paced company. No work experience is necessary.
