ECI was founded in 1999 by former teachers from the US and UK and has offered group programs for US Highschool students and European students since. We partner with the very best language schools in France, Spain and Costa Rica. The unique aspect of all of ECI programs has always been the immersion component – a true immersion where students live with volunteer families, and genuinely live the life of a teenager of that country.
Students consistently report an improvement in their language ability, attributed to the finely tuned, quality ECI program structure and unique Individual Immersion Week opportunity.
