DigiPen Academy’s Pre-College Summer Program is an immersive, college-level experience designed for high school students who want to explore careers in technology, game development, art and animation, and digital media. Over four intensive weeks, students dive into a focused track of study in Game Design, Computer Science, Art & Animation, or Music & Sound. All tracks are guided by industry-experienced instructors who teach the same core principles used in DigiPen’s undergraduate programs.
Students attend daily lectures, hands-on lab sessions, and collaborative workshops that mirror real studio environments. They create substantial projects that can be used in future applications or portfolios, gaining practical skills in problem-solving, creative thinking, teamwork, and iterative development. Along the way, participants experience campus life, connect with like-minded peers, and learn what it feels like to take on college-level expectations.
Whether students are exploring a new interest or preparing for a future career path, the program offers a supportive space to experiment, build confidence, and discover their strengths. Early Bird savings are available for a limited time, making now an ideal moment to secure a spot in this highly engaging summer experience.
